STEP-GTP Director

The STEP-GTP Director, Dr. Allen Taylor, has twenty-two years’ experience successfully building and managing international, interdisciplinary and collaborative scientific programs. His most recent projects involve multiple research teams working in India, Holland, Australia, Israel and China. The objective of these programs is to reduce blindness. Dr. Taylor has managed over $20,000,000 in national and international grants that have required annual reportage and accounting.

Dr. Taylor, along with staff assistants in his Laboratory for Nutrition and Vision Research and at the International Nutrition Foundation will administer the program, bringing together the key players to design, plan and implement program components.
